Returns and Refunds

3. Terms for Affiliates

Eligibility

To join the Vitanura Affiliate Programme, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in Nigeria. We reserve the right to accept or reject affiliate applications at our sole discretion.

Commission and Payouts

Affiliates earn a commission for every qualifying sale made through their unique referral link. Commission rates and structures are subject to change. Payouts are processed monthly upon reaching the minimum withdrawal threshold.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

Make false claims about Vitanura products
Use paid ads that compete with Vitanura’s own marketing
Engage in spam, deceptive marketing, or impersonation

Violation of these rules may result in termination from the programme and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

4. Terms for Distributors

Registration and Onboarding

Distributors must complete the registration process and meet the minimum purchase requirement as stated at the point of onboarding. By becoming a distributor, you agree to represent Vitanura truthfully and professionally.

Sales and Territory

Distributors are independent resellers. No exclusive territory or geographic right is guaranteed. All promotional materials must be approved or provided by Vitanura.

Pricing and Brand Integrity

Distributors are expected to maintain recommended retail pricing (RRP). Price undercutting, misrepresentation, or unauthorised repackaging of products is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Tools and Support

Vitanura provides access to training, promotional materials, and distributor support. Use of these tools does not imply employment or agency relationship with Vitanura.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vitanura website — including text, logos, product names, images, and video — is the intellectual property of Vitanura or its content providers. Unauthorised use, copying, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
