Dosage & Administration

 Empty the brown powder into a cup
 Mix with 250mls of hot water
 Leave for 5 minutes
 Stir and strain
 Drink 30 minutes after dinner at night
  May cause purging depending on your body type
Step 2: Herbal Mixture (Liquid)
 The next day (once purging has stopped)
 Take 30ml morning and night (on an empty stomach or as instructed)
 Duration: 2 weeks
