Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, herbal blends, or supplements)
- Personal or intimate care products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Certain health and wellness items
Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any book or product with clear signs of use
- Opened media such as CDs, DVDs, or software
- Items not in original condition, or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns made more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of its receipt and whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card provider; it may take time before a refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; processing delays may occur.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@vitanura.com and send your product to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or it was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You will bear the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
